Requirements:

  • Proven work experience, in an analytical or operations role from areas within logistics, operations, finance, consulting or similar, Is a plus.
  • Proven experience in the vehicle sharing business is a plus. (sharing micro-mobility or ride-hailing businesses) is a plus.
  • Experience in working with targets and KPIs.
  • The ability to motivate other team members to reach their goals.
  • A driving license is a plus.
  • A University degree is not essential but is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as G-Suite and MS Office.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Build a good team by defining hiring needs, and train new team members.
  • Manage performance. Track and report critical supply and demand metrics. Use data to optimize processes, creatively solve problems, and track results.
  • Share information with directors. Communicate across the organization to ensure timely resolutions, quality control, and process feedback.
  • Plan and organize operations regarding the collection and deployment of our scooters.
  • Organize, oversee, and evaluate the tasks to ensure that the work is done efficiently, correctly, and compliant with Roxy’s guidelines and best practices.
  • Responsible for ongoing execution of fleet optimization processes, ensuring our fleet is achieving the highest possible utilization while balancing cost trade-offs.
  • Continuously work toward reducing the amount of vandalized or lost vehicles.
  • Make sure that our scooters’ supply, meets demand as efficiently as possible.
  • Ensure that we are compliant with local regulations and act in agreement with the city.
  • Building and continuously strengthening the Roxy community in the city.
  • Handling customer complaints and communication with the city.

We are Roxy Mobility a sharing e-scooter company based in Freiburg, Germany and we are looking for a hard-working and proactive Operations Associate.

Requirements:

  • English and German proficiency. Fluency in one is enough.
  • Full-time or part-time.
  • Has a driving license.
  • willingness to talk to customers.
  • Has a proper appearance and good demeanor as a representative of the company on the street to make our activity a reason for people’s smiles.
  • Willing and able to carry out on the road operations using a bicycle. 
  • No experience is needed. However, a proven desire to work diligently is a must.
  • Proficiency in tools such as G-Suite and MS Office is a plus.
  • Local knowledge of how to get around town optimally.
  • Good Knowledge of Traffic and Road laws in Germany is a plus.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ongoing execution of fleet optimization processes, ensuring our fleet is achieving the highest possible utilization while balancing cost trade-offs.
  • Take ownership of the fleet – minimize lost scooters through Search & Rescue processes and other local initiatives.
  • Ensure that our operations are compliant with local regulations and act in agreement with the city.
  • Collection of damaged e-scooters based on data.
  • Finding lost e-scooters.
  • Removal and placement of repaired scooters from the warehouse.
  • Act on poorly parked e-scooters.
  • Independent contact with authorities, the police, and homeowners
  • Replacing the e-scooters drained battery with a charged one.
  • Charging the drained batteries at our facility.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Overseeing general office operation by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, retrieval, and staff transfers.
  • Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
